After class Emily and I ventured into Retiro Park to the book fair to find a gift for our madre but somehow ended up miles away from a metro stop. I don't know how we did this, but being lost for an hour and hungry was not a very good part of our day. The good news is, we finally got to a local restaurant by our house "Norky's." Well, we ate more at lunch today then we have eaten since we've been here! It was great, no lie. Being full and the rain prepared us for a great siesta after lunch.
Later on we met some friends at a fashion museum in town. Definitely was nothing like I was expecting but it was pretty cool. The museum walked us through the development of clothing. It was very interesting to see everything lined up!
Dinner was good tonight too. Our madre made us chinese food! Delicious. We are about to leave to hang out with some friends and maybe go dancing again! Should be fun!
Tomorrow I'm headed off to Barcelona after school! It's our free weekend so I'm taking advantage of being this close to Barcelona :) It should be great, but I won't be back here until late Sunday night. I will update then!
